DB Construction & Consulting is owned and operated by Dan Bick. With an extensive background in construction and engineering, Dan has spent the last 15 years managing large scale construction firms and community associations in Southern California. He has performed, managed and supervised some of the most complex projects that homeowners associations may experience. Through the knowledge and experience gained as a General Contractor and Community Manager, Dan was able to identify a few systemic voids in our industry. His mission for DB Construction and Consulting is to educate, perform and provide. He firmly believes in helping his clients understand the complexities associated with community wide projects. When Dan is not busy managing your next project he enjoys meticulously restoring and racing hot rods. He is also a USCG licensed Captain, lover of the sea and sailing. When schedules permit, you might find him and his wife retreating to the open ocean for a sunset sail or even a Wednesday evening regatta.
